So I have been trying to get creative with what I have on hand instead of rushing to the store for things all the time. So here is what I came up with when I needed/wanted a treat before (and after...:) ) dinner...

1 whole zuccini squash
water or coconut milk or almond milk (I used the coconut milk because I am in between fridge water filters right now)
alcohol-free pure maple flavoring

blend it all together and it was a creamy, yummy, frothy, maple smoothie. It hit the spot perfectly as totally neutral.

So if I were to be having avocados, I would have added a whole avocado to that also.
