I have recently been getting more and more questioning of the holistic detox lifestyle that I live and a desire for data, articles, proof, reliable resources and such. I have been questioned on where do I get my protein, how do I balance my lifestyle, what about digestion, what really will happen to me if I eat white flour or sugar, how long am I going to go on this 'radical' lifestyle, and why are microwaves not in my home?
